Today is a special day…..it’s my honey’s Birthday. He doesn’t like a big fuss, in fact he would probably like it better if nobody said anything. He doesn’t like gifts, and thinks cards are a waste of money. His birthday is the day after mine, and we celebrated by taking a nice Harley ride and eating at my favorite place called Chiz’s. It’s nothing fancy, just delicious.

For Kenny’s birthday, I made his favorite cake……in fact, it’s about the only cake he really enjoys eating. He likes it with Raspberries and Whipping Cream, but much prefers eating it with nothing on it!! So here it is: I will wait for several hours to remove it from the pan. Usually, I eat all that yummy top part & quickly take it from the pan so nobody will know….and then it falls flat on it’s face! Since it really isn’t for me, I will resist eating that, at least for now.
